Terms of service

Booking requests and approval

Sending the online form is a booking request, not a confirmed appointment, and nothing is charged. We review each request. If we can take it, we confirm the call-out / diagnostic fee and send you a link to pay. Your appointment is confirmed once that fee has been paid, and we'll email you to confirm.

Prices

Call-out and diagnostic fees from £80. Parts and any additional labour are charged separately where required. Your applicable fee and any additional costs will be confirmed before you proceed. Our current prices are on the prices page, each marked as a starting price, indicative or subject to inspection.

Payment

Payments are taken by card through Stripe's secure payment page. We don't store card details and don't add a card surcharge. We only ask for payment of amounts we've confirmed with you.

Additional work

If the fault is fixed during the first visit without parts or extra chargeable work, you pay only the agreed call-out / diagnostic fee. If parts or more labour are needed, we explain the cost and ask for your approval before going ahead. We send any quote for additional work in writing, and you can approve or decline it online. The call-out / diagnostic fee you've paid isn't charged again unless a quote clearly says otherwise.

Travel

We cover Crewe and surrounding areas across Cheshire. Travel charges may vary depending on your location. We will confirm any applicable travel charge before your appointment is finalised.

Cancellations

Guarantee

Our repairs come with a 1-month guarantee on the parts we fit and our labour. If the same fault comes back within 1 month because of our work or a part we fitted, we'll return and put it right at no extra cost. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
