A washer-dryer puts a washing machine and a dryer in one cabinet, so a fault can sit in either system or in the electronics they share. We test both sides to pin down the cause before recommending a repair.
Common symptoms and faults
- Washes normally but won't dry
- Clothes come out damp, or far too hot
- Not draining or not spinning

- Any error code or warning light
- Clear access to the machine
How diagnosis and repair work
The engineer inspects and tests the appliance to find the cause and explains it to you. If the fault is fixed during the first visit without parts or extra chargeable work, you pay only the agreed call-out / diagnostic fee. If parts or more labour are needed, we explain the cost and ask for your approval before going ahead. Photos you send help us prepare, but the fault is only confirmed on site.
