A washing machine that stops mid-cycle or leaves clothes soaking quickly disrupts a household. We find the cause first – whether that's a blocked pump, a worn motor, a failed door lock or an electronic fault – and explain the repair and its cost before any further work begins.
Common symptoms and faults
- Won't drain, or leaves water in the drum
- Not spinning, or spinning very slowly
- Water not heating
- Leaking from the door seal or underneath
- Loud banging or grinding on the spin cycle

Before you book

- When the fault started, and anything that happened just before
- Clear access to the machine. If it's still full of water, tell us when you book
How diagnosis and repair work
The engineer inspects and tests the appliance to find the cause and explains it to you. If the fault is fixed during the first visit without parts or extra chargeable work, you pay only the agreed call-out / diagnostic fee. If parts or more labour are needed, we explain the cost and ask for your approval before going ahead. Photos you send help us prepare, but the fault is only confirmed on site.
